Boise Art Museum is seeking a Project Manager – Boise Cohort who will work with the Executive Director to manage the timelines and logistics of the Boise Cohort, a collection-sharing initiative in collaboration with the Art Bridges Foundation and three nationally accredited art museums. The position is based at the Boise Art Museum and requires the availability to travel occasionally to the offices of Art Bridges and the partner museum locations.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years full-time related experience as a program administrator, project manager, operational systems and procedures manager, art museum educator, art museum curator, or other transferable experience. Supervisory experience. Competency with desktop computer, spreadsheets, presentation software, and database applications. Proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehension of the English language. BA or BS in art history, art education, museum administration, or related discipline. MA in related discipline beneficial. Equivalent experience considered.

Boise Art Museum seeks a Development Associate to work with the Executive Director, Staff, and Board to define, identify, and acquire funding for the Museum through corporate, foundation, government, and individual sources to serve the non-profit mission of the organization. The Development Associate serves in a donor relations capacity through coordination of BAM’s stewardship and database activities including writing grants, as well as seeking sponsorships, memberships, and contributions.

Boise Art Museum’s Visitor Services Associates support the mission and safety of the Museum by sharing wayfinding information and ensuring the safety of the artwork and visitors. Visitor Services Associates help provide positive experiences for visitors of all ages and enforce rules of conduct through direct communication with visitors based on pre-established visitor protocols and policies.
This is a part-time position requiring ongoing shift availability of a minimum of 20 hours per week (approximately 4-5 shifts). VSAs must be available to work a minimum 4-hour shift between 9:00am and 5:00pm all days except Mondays. Sunday availability required is 11:30-5:30.
