Come together with Idaho educators this summer to increase your abilities to cultivate creativity and build understanding of identity. Learn how the process of artmaking fosters strong social-emotional, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills within students. Leave feeling inspired to infuse visual art into your curriculum across disciplines.
Teachers will explore BAM’s current exhibitions, including Here We Have Idaho: Belonging, Sofia Jaramillo and Ceci Richardson-Salvador; Jeffrey Gibson: They Teach Love; Visual Language: The Art of Abstraction; and Four Masterworks from the National Gallery of Art
Registration is final. No refunds will be granted for Teacher Institute registration fees.
