Food Vendor Final Accounting Form

I understand that vendors who fail to submit reporting by the deadline (3:00 pm MDT, September 9, 2024) or falsify sales figures may not be considered for participation in future Art in the Park events. Payment is due and owning to the Boise Art Museum and collection efforts will occur.
I understand that Boise Art Museum has the right to request copies of all sales receipts to verify totals.
I understand that should the receipts be requested and the amount owed changes, I am responsible for paying the difference to Boise Art Museum.
