BAM Docents provide guided tours to school groups and other visitors (BAM Docents facilitate tours for more than 10,000 students each school year.) The Docents attend weekly educational training and enjoy social activities as well. New docents begin each year in January with special training sessions. Visitor Services, The BAM Store
Visitor Services Volunteers greet patrons, take admission, assist customers in the store, answer the telephone, and provide information about the Museum and surrounding area. These volunteers enjoy interacting with BAM visitors and are dedicated to helping make the visitors’ experiences positive and memorable.
