Wedding Clients
Basic Fees: Call for pricing*
Length of Event: Up to 5.5 hour evening event (6:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.) plus setup and tear-down.**

Corporate and Private Clients
Basic Fees: We offer competitive rates to suit your event needs.  Pricing packages are available based on the number of guests and day of the week.  Please call for more information.
Length of Event: Up to 3.5 hour event (to begin no earlier than 6:00 p.m. and must conclude no later than 11:30 p.m.)**

Incorporated Non-Profit Organizations (current 501(c)(3) ).
Basic Fees: A 25% discount is offered to Incorporated Non-Profit 501 (c)(3) Organizations based on corporate rates and number of guests. Call for pricing*
Length of Event: Up to 3.5 hour event (to begin no earlier than 6:00 p.m. and must conclude no later than 11:30 p.m.)**

BAM does not permit the use of the premises for fundraising events benefiting other organizations.

*Rental fees are subject to 6% Idaho Sales Tax (includes $100 non-refundable Cleaning Fee).
**Basic setup includes tables, chairs, and linens. Additional setup services are available for an extra fee. Please contact the BAM Event Coordinator for a list of these services and fees.

Rental Fees Include:
A limited number of tables and chairs, podium and microphone; lapel microphone; in-house stereo system with multi disk CD player and i-Pod hookup; oak service bar; coat room; catering kitchen; storage area.
