Rental Fees (Events up to 6.5 hours)
Length of Event: Up to 5.5-hour evening event (6:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.), plus 1.5 hours to set up and 1 hour to take down (total time = 8.0 hours), but in every event all clean up must be completed prior to 12:30 a.m. following an event.
Wedding Clients
Basic Fees: $3,000.00, plus 6% Idaho Sales Tax (includes $100 non-refundable cleaning deposit)
Corporate, Private Clients
Basic Fees: $2,550.00, plus 6% Idaho Sales Tax (includes $100 non-refundable cleaning deposit)
Incorporated Non-Profit Organizations (current 501(c)(3)).
Basic Fees: $1,950.00, plus 6% Idaho Sales Tax (includes $100 non-refundable cleaning deposit)
* BAM does not permit the use of the premises for fundraising events benefiting other organizations. Rental Clients may contact BAM’s Development Director regarding joint fundraisers at the Museum
Rental Fees Include:
Podium with mic./lapel mic/handheld, a limited number of tables and chairs, handcrafted bar, in-house sound system with multi disc CD player and i-pod hook up.
